Finding the Right Fit
Finding the right coach matters. The relationship needs to feel like a good fit, and credentials should give you confidence. I’m a certified Executive Coach, accredited at Senior Practitioner level by EMCC and qualified through the University of Cambridge. My approach is grounded in Positive Psychology Coaching, a strengths-based, evidence-informed model that focuses on growth, wellbeing, and performance.
Just as important is how we work together. My style is warm, thoughtful and pragmatic, not forceful, hard-edged, or overly directive. I create a space where you can think clearly, explore challenges honestly, and grow in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. If you’re looking for a high-pressure or confrontational coaching style, I may not be the right fit. And that’s OK.

Who I Work With
I work with experienced professionals, from Directors and VPs to C-suite leaders, across industries like entertainment, tech, banking, and hospitality. Many of my clients are:
- Preparing for promotion or new executive roles
- Navigating high-stakes leadership challenges
- Managing stress, visibility, and complex stakeholder environments
- Exploring retirement, reinvention, or what comes next
- Seeking clarity, confidence, and a trusted thought partner
Clients I’ve supported have worked at organisations including Amazon, PayPal, Paramount, Virgin, BP, BBC, British Airways, Bank of New York, and World Rugby, as well as early-stage ventures and global non-profits.
World Rugby is supported through a formal coaching engagement. Other company names reflect the professional backgrounds of individual clients. Coaching relationships were established independently and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those organisations.
If you’re operating in complex, fast-paced environments, and ready to reflect, recalibrate, or rise, this is the space for you.

My Background
Before becoming a coach, I held senior leadership roles at global organisations including Amazon and Marriott, and served as a C-level executive at an international education charity. I’ve lived and worked across four continents and led large international teams across functions, from strategy, marketing, and policy to customer experience, risk, and technology.
Today, I serve as a Board Advisor and Non-Executive Director, and I continue to support the coaching profession through my role as an EIA assessor for EMCC Global, helping other coaches achieve professional accreditation.
I know what corporate life feels like from the inside, the pace, the pressure, and the personal trade-offs. My role now is to help you navigate it in a way that aligns with your values and leadership style.
How I Work
My coaching is practical, thoughtful, and deeply human. I blend strategic challenge with kindness, structure with flexibility. I won’t give you generic frameworks or surface-level tools. What I offer is space to think clearly, plan honestly, and grow on your own terms.
At executive level, I act as a critical thinking partner, someone who can challenge your assumptions, help you unlearn unhelpful habits, and offer fresh perspective. Whether you’re wrestling with a decision, shaping your leadership style, or facing ambiguity, I provide a confidential sounding board to support clarity and momentum.
This is a partnership grounded in trust. I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward, whether that means preparing for promotion, leading through change, or redefining success altogether.

Let’s Talk
If you value thought partnership, clear thinking, and coaching that’s grounded in both heart and credibility, we’re likely a good match. If you’re looking for someone to cheer you on, challenge your thinking, and walk alongside you in your leadership journey, I’d love to talk. Book a complimentary 30-minute consultation to see if we’re the right fit. No pressure, no obligation, just a chance to talk about what you’re navigating and how coaching might help.
